
Jojo’s Sriracha was started in Brooklyn in 2012 but has been produced for the last three seasons in Pueblo, Colorado using chili peppers from small family farms in Colorado as well as US Grown Garlic. Their chili peppers are harvested in-season and fermented for several months creating a sriracha that celebrates the boldness of real chili peppers.
Sriracha is a great way to add spice to almost any dish. Great on eggs, veggies & sandwiches.
